Welcome and thank you for considering T.A.L.K. (Teach. Advise. Learn. Know.) Therapy of Troy. At T.A.L.K, I walk with you through an individualized process to develop a more complete you. I want to help you find healthy strategies to feel good again and overcome where you are overwhelmed. I specialize in the management of anxiety, anger and mood disorders (dysthymia, mild depression) in a patient, non-judgmental atmosphere. I also allow you the space to be heard as you process through life's challenges (divorce, grief/loss, infidelity, parenting).I offer free phone consultations and will refer you to a local therapist in your area if I'm not able to help. Please be aware I am NOT accepting insurance at this time. I do offer a sliding-fee scale for those in need. T.A.L.K. is therapy for everyone!
