Bio:
Now offering telehealth sessions via doxy.me!! Are you feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Are you struggling with trying to find balance in your life? Are you struggling with relationship problems? I offer an intergrative approach to therapy and work well with clients who may be struggling with anxiety or depression. I also feel it is important to explore possible hurts from our past that may be impairing your ability to heal.I specialize in treating anxiety, grief, compulsive eating, depression and trauma. Often times we need someone objective in our lives to help us learn and grow from our mistakes or hurts. I offer a simple Cognitive Behavioral approach in learning new ways to manage stressors. How we think affects how we behave. It is my wish that all clients I work with live a well balanced, fulfilled life. I like to include all areas of a client's life in developing treatment goals. Areas included are environmental, intellectual, spiritual, physical health, employment/academics, relationships/family, mental health and economic/financial.
