My practice offers a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere to safely work through life difficulties. I offer a non-judgmental and caring approaching to helping children, adults, families and couples find the necessary tools and coping skills to become emotionally stronger and spiritually balanced. Mind, body and spirit are the focus. Allow me to be a part of your healing journey. I have 17 years of experience working in the mental health field and have been in private practice for 13 years. I have been blessed to have worked in the Juvenile Justice system with At-Risk Youth and have also worked with many schools throughout the state.My goal in practice is to offer clients compassion, insight, a safe place and the necessary tools needed to reduce Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Anger and many other life difficulties.I offer Free Initial Assessments and a reduced fee for all first responders.
