Bio:
I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing severe and chronic psychological conditions including PTSD, depression, obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorders, individuals or their caregivers who have been confronted with life-altering medical conditions or other health-threatening illnesses, and with those who are coping with loss and grief, role and identity concerns, and relational conflicts. I welcome the opportunity to provide whole person/whole family care for pregnancy and postpartum concerns. I also have a special interest in helping professionals navigate ethical workplace concerns.I offer psychotherapy and assessment services which are uniquely created to assist an individual in gaining momentum in healing one's spirit, mind, and body. I blend an integrative healing philosophy with humanistic, interpersonal, and behavioral methods to further create a space in therapy for an individual to feel courageous and connected.My approach focuses on cultivating authentic, caring, and open experiences to develop better ability to connect more meaningfully within one's life and relationships.
