I have specialized training in anxiety treatment for children and adolescence. My holistic approach to wellness often requires hands-on, collaborative and creative interventions throughout the therapeutic relationship.I hope to support you with bringing balance to your life, discovering your strengths and learning how to confidently thrive and enjoy life.
