We all have blindspots, and at some point we need a little help with resetting our vision. Sometimes we have people who will be that mirror for us, but sometimes we don't. Counseling can help you get your refocus back. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families covering a range of of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, marital conflict, spiritual issues, grief and post recovery of addiction.I counsel using an integrated biblical perspective, with focuses in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. I consider it an honor and privilege to walk alongside people through “the dark night of the soul” and help guide them to a place of healing and a path towards a full and meaningful life.Seeking counseling is difficult first step, but my hope is to provide an immediate safe and warm connection from the moment of first contact.
