Dr. Stevens is a licensed clinical psychologist that specializes in evidence-based treatments - which are those that are supported by research - for individuals with anxiety and related disorders. She is the owner of Anxiety & OCD Treatment Services. Because it is difficult to find well-trained mental health professionals who specialize in providing the most up-to-date treatments to those suffering from anxiety and related disorders, it is her goal to provide clients with evidence-based treatments in a manner that increases access to those who might not otherwise have it via online therapy, or videoconferencing.Common concerns for her clients include panic attacks, panic disorder, and agoraphobia; obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD); generalized anxiety disorder and excessive worry; social anxiety disorder; phobias and excessive fears; health anxiety and illness anxiety; perfectionism; and separation anxiety.Dr. Stevens is a professional member of the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT), the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), the National Register of Health Service Psychologists, and the American Psychological Association Society of Clinical Psychology (APA Division 12).
