I assist my clients with this process by exploring the positive tools needed for a successful recovery. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed to practice mental health counseling in the state of Louisiana. I am also a National Certified Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have been in the helping profession for over seven years. Although I use a variety of modalities which incorporate best practice from Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused approaches, I work to provide my clients with therapy tailored to their personal needs.
