Are you feeling overwhelmed? Sleeping too much/too little, eating too much/too little or having problems concentrating can mean you are dealing with anxiety or depression. I am experienced in helping you work toward change. My clients are directed toward solutions, not just identifying the problems. My office is a safe, comfortable place for you to work toward change.As a counselor, I use methods such as talk therapy, hypnosis and EMDR to help you work through your issues. You may be experiencing an adjustment due to changes in work, health, family or your personal life and it can be scary. I am here to listen and guide you.I am committed to my private practice, and can offer my clients appointments starting at 9 am as well as evening appointments.
