I have worked with clients of both sexes and all ages. Currently my interest is in working with adult individuals and couples. Having worked with children and teenagers in the past I also believe I bring a good understanding of issues and problems of parents and families. I believe that people seek help for their struggles because they want to feel relieved of sadness, anger, frustration and other difficult emotions. Acceptance, understanding and trust are key to a good therapy relationship.I have been a clinical social worker for 28 years. My specialty is trauma work. I have been in private practice for 25 of those years. Additionally I have worked in the court system, medical system, and with the military.I am limiting my practice at this time to 10 clients. Since COVID 19 has been part of our world more people have been struggling with anxiety and depression.
