When I meet with individuals and couples in my office, I welcome them and then we discuss the concerns which led to the appointment. I listen carefully, ask questions, and collect information that is helpful in formulating intervention plans. As my clients discuss their concerns, I offer information, insight, and recommendations. I have three decades of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. I respect the world view of all individuals. My own world view is Christian. Using evidenced-based practices and procedures, I have seen lives saved, marriages restored, psychological problems managed, children thrive, and teenagers survive!Specific treatment modalities are selected with individuals so that the most preferred and effective strategies are utilized. Structured programs, with homework, in areas including stress management, mood regulation, mindfulness, addictions, anger management, marriage, and parenting are available.
