My approach to therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, & Client Centered Therapy.I have certification in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy with the treatment of OCD & Anxiety with Children & Adolescents. Training with the Beck Institute in Philadelphia with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and extensive training with Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both the states of Louisiana and Alabama. I am offering Telehealth and office sessions in Louisiana and only Telehealth in Alabama.
