Are you desiring to unpack issues affecting your mental and/or emotional health? Whether you're desiring to heal emotionally, to let go of all that’s been keeping you stagnant, or to improve your relationships, I am here to help you take the first step. You are not alone. As your therapist, it is my desire to help you navigate through understanding irrational thought processes and to address difficult experiences that have been holding you back and keeping you stuck with the use of biblical principles, if requested.I primarily work with female adolescents, female adults and traditional couples. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy within the therapeutic setting. I offer a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you are able to openly explore your issues and concerns; and together, we identify the necessary steps to move forward.As your therapist, I will purpose to be empathic to your experiences and concerns. I will collaborate with you in establishing strength-based goals, so you may begin living a better quality of life.
