I enjoy using humor and creativity in my practice and often challenge my clients to reach their full potential. Together we will work to achieve personal growth using a collaborative approach of empowerment and trust.I specialize in sport and health psychology and incorporate these ideas and methods into the competition and performance of daily life. I also work directly with athletes including children with elite potential, severe and chronic injuries, as well as those who are aging and are struggling to cope with declining physical ability.I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the client and therapist relationship.
