The hardest step in change is asking someone for help. Therapy is a collaborative, coaching, and self-building journey where we work together to accomplish your desired goals. I enjoy working with men and women on depression, anxiety, men's issues, self-esteem, relationship challenges, obesity and weight loss, chronic pain, and long-term disabilities such as visual impairment.You may be feeling frustration and brokenness or confusion about what to do next. I would like to help you begin walking towards empowerment and healing one step at a time. My passion is to help individuals discover how they think, feel and interact with the world around them. I have specific training in strengthening interpersonal relationships.I am certified in the Prepare and Enrich relationship inventory, I have been helping individuals and couples find their path in life for over 10 years. I believe that everyone is unique and that they interact with the world in their own way. My approach to counseling is collaborative, shame free and calm.
