Bio:
I am a licensed clinical therapist offering counseling services to children, families, couples, and individual adults. My aim is to provide a safe environment where open expression of thoughts/feelings takes place without fear of judgment so that you feel heard, supported and empowered to create positive change.I have extensive training and practice with cognitive, behavioral, interpersonal, and supportive therapies, and I practice with a focus on the strengths-based approach. Utilizing psychotherapy, sessions address adjustment issues, relationships, stress, familial discord, divorce, school and peer difficulties, parenting, anxiety, depression, and grief/ loss.My hope is to help you feel heard, supported and empowered to create positive change.
