Are you stuck in a rut? Would you like to move past some areas in your life? Let me help you! I am a licensed counselor in Louisiana with an (Ed.D), and am National Board Certified (NCC). I am also trained in Life Coaching. I worked for more than 30 years in the school system with students, staff and parents. I have also been a business owner, so I understand the stress and rewards a business can bring to your life. If you feel you can benefit from working along with me to reach your personal goals, give me a call!As a therapist, I work with adults experiencing stress, depression and/or anxiety, and particularly enjoy working on women's issues. I am also a EAP provider. Most often I use Cognitive Behavior Techniques and Solutions Focused Therapy, but always welcome the chance to employ other methods when the situation allows.I currently offer evening and limited weekend appointments.
