I specialize in grief and trauma, lgbtq+ struggles with individuals and families, body image and eating disorders, and stress and grief. I affirm those seeking truth and work through the struggle to communicate. I often work with families struggling to reconcile such information in an effort to establish a healthy relationship. I will help you connect to yourself, and to people around you. I help to usher joy and stability back into your life on a regular basis through counseling. Therapy equips you with healthy ways of identifying, processing, and expressing your needs and emotions.I see that we often separate mind, body, and soul, which leaves us feeling as if there is a gap within ourselves.
