My training and experience over the past five years has led to the creation of Wetterau Wellness, a private practice dedicated to healing and personal growth. I am a source of support for those, including birth parents, who may struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, or unprocessed trauma (birth/postpartum, past abuse, etc.). It is often said that it takes a village to raise a child; I believe it takes a village for any person, regardless of age, to feel cared for. You are not alone in this.I have significant experience in the field of eating disorders and trauma, and am currently completing my training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as working toward my certification in Perinatal Mental Health. In addition, I am a Certified Yoga Teacher and will be providing one-on-one, trauma-informed yoga sessions.While my practice will be focusing on Eating Disorders, Trauma, and Perinatal Mental Health, I invite anyone who is searching for healing and growth to reach out.
