I enjoy working with and helping clients struggling with anxiety from day to day life, sense of direction in life or lack thereof, and sense of purpose, among other things.I enjoy challenging irrational thoughts and focusing on the present to identify steps that can be taken to make immediate changes.A chance meeting with a career counselor opened my eyes to the vastly different ways people find value in their lives and how certain personality types fit different roles. My goal is to continue growing my knowledge in this area so that I can help others find their purpose and a meaningful life.
