Bio:
I have experience working with adults, adolescents, young children, couples, and families. I focus on a variety of areas including anxiety, PTSD, depression, grief, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting and anger management classes and more. For me, the main goal of counseling is for the client to discover what is important in their life as an individual and to focus on self-improvement.I use a range of modalities in counseling including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Filial Therapy, Play Therapy, etc. I am a TeleHealth provider for Louisiana and Florida.I would encourage anyone who is experiencing any change in their life to reach out to a Mental Health Provider to know that they are not alone and can speak to someone without fear of judgement and for guidance along the way.
