My style of counseling blends deep emotional work with tangible, behavioral change. I have 16 years of experience helping people of diverse backgrounds to navigate through dark times in their lives. I have hope that people can overcome depression, calm anxiety, be transformed through grief, and find their peaceful center in the midst of over-stimulation and busyness. I have extensive experience in couples’ therapy, trauma-informed care, and PTSD/trauma-related disorders.
