Bio:
I am comfortable treating a wide range of mental health issues but have specialized training in couples therapy and in treating the full spectrum of anxiety disorders. I am a certified Emotionally Focused (EFT) couples therapist.I provided psychotherapy at an intensive outpatient program treating moderate to severe anxiety disorders, so I am very familiar with effective treatment approaches for anxiety. I have completed extensive training in the practice of Emotionally Focused Couples therapy (EFT).
