Extensive experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Grief & Bereavement, and old traumas. As a family therapist, I recognize and facilitate breaking down toxic family cycles that are decades or generations old. I provide individuals and families a validating, protected, and secure space to process complicated emotions in times of uncertainty with a unique blend of psychobabble and authenticity.I specilize in individual growth to promote positive family functioning.
