Life can be difficult. Do you find yourself struggling to put one foot in front of the other? Do you find your thoughts constantly going, and feeling as if there's always something on your mind that you can't let go of? Do you struggle to work through things that have happened in your past? Do these things affect you every day... when you're working, when you're trying to sleep, when you're trying to spend time with your loved ones? Do you want to learn to cope with all of life's curveballs and have the ability to talk through your experiences with someone who has an unbiased view?My experience as a counselor allows me to offer effective outpatient, individualized care for individuals, couples, and families. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to promote healing.I will be there for you through every step of your journey. My goal is to help you understand and grow from your struggles, cope with life's events, heal from your pain, and help you to inspire yourself to move forward to where you want to be in your life.
